Cloud Migration of Social-Infrastructure Systems
A project to migrate an electrical utility’s in-house services to the cloud. The client had no engineers with Azure or Kubernetes expertise and was looking for a single partner; they chose our team-based model. We proposed a front-loaded staffing plan that ensured follow-up catch-up capacity, and after high client ratings we remain engaged with expanded support.

Cloud Presales
Presales for a domestic telecommunications carrier covering both their proprietary cloud and the major hyperscalers. We gathered requirements, proposed cloud implementations with estimates, and after closing served as PM to manage vendors through delivery. Selected projects were taken on in-house for the build phase.
